FAQs

  • Are there quiet times to be respected?

Yes. For the tranquility of all guests, we ask the courtesy to limit noise between the hours of 12-3pm and after 11pm.

  • Is there a swimming pool?

Our agritourism campsite has a seasonal swimming pool surrounded by greenery, an ideal place for a refreshing dip during sunny days. It features a sunbathing area with umbrellas and loungers available to our guests. The pool depth is 138 cm, and it is open until 8:30 pm. Please note that the pool is never supervised.

  • Is breakfast service available?

The campsite does not have a restaurant, but it offers a home delivery service for fresh bread and croissants, which can be ordered the day before at Reception. You can also order fresh eggs from our farm, jams, and other farmhouse breakfast products, as shown on this page.

  • Where can I dispose of my rubbish?
To help us all enjoy a more sustainable holiday, we kindly ask guests to sort their waste using the dedicated ecological recycling area of the agritourism campsite. A small gesture that helps respect nature, reduce waste, and preserve the surrounding environment.
  • How far is the campsite from the beach/lake?
The nearest beach is only 1 km away and can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk along a path surrounded by nature. You will find large free beaches with sunbed and umbrella rental, pedal boats, SUP boards and much more for your relaxation and fun at Lake Garda.
  • Is there a supermarket inside the campsite?
We do not have a supermarket, but at the reception you will find our zero-kilometre corner. Here you can buy products we also produce ourselves, such as wine, extra virgin olive oil, and honey. Basic essential groceries are also available for any last-minute needs.
  • Are bed linens provided in the accommodation?

Yes, all mobile homes and glamping tents are equipped with bed linen and towels. Towel changes are available free of charge every 4 days, while bed linen is changed every 7 days. In the accommodation you will also find a courtesy kit with useful items for your stay, including toilet paper, salt, vinegar, sugar, and coffee pods.

  • Is the campsite water drinkable?
Yes, the water at our agritourism campsite is potable and can be safely drunk from the tap. Choosing to use the water provided on site also helps reduce plastic consumption and supports a more sustainable and conscious holiday. To ensure quality and safety, the water is regularly tested, including routine checks for legionella prevention.
  • Are dogs allowed?
Of course, we are a pet-friendly facility and four-legged friends are welcome! To ensure a peaceful and respectful coexistence with nature and other guests, we ask you to follow a few simple campsite rules, which are explained upon arrival. Dogs must always be kept on a leash in common areas. There is also a play area located in the adjacent vineyard where they can move and play safely. We believe in a sustainable and harmonious holiday based on respect for the environment, animals, and people; therefore, any non-compliant behaviour may result in penalties.
